She acquired some valuable knowledge about the iconic Baywatch slow motion run and, instead of hoarding it all to herself, she selflessly passed along the three keys to pulling it off to Olivia Ponton.

Hey, credit to her too. Ponton could have played around like they were making something special together, never posted the video, and kept the three keys to herself. There's no reason to do that.

I don't know about you, but I learned something. My instincts are correct. It's better to pass along the knowledge than to keep it all for yourself.
The sense of job security is a figment of the imagination of the know-it-all who doesn’t share what they've learned. This is a better way.
