Super Bowl LIX featured two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts, and it wasn’t the first time the two teams met for a shot at a championship.

Mahomes and Hurts’ Week 14 performances were less than ideal as well.
The Chiefs star was 14-of-33 for 160 yards and threw three interceptions as they fell to the Houston Texans, 20-10, to drop to 6-7.
He lamented the team’s failure to execute at the most opportune moments.
"We had chances," Mahomes said after the game, "and we didn't execute it."

The Eagles star was 21-of-40 for 240 yards with four interceptions and a lost fumble. Two of the five turnovers were committed on one play. Philadelphia dropped to 8-5. While the team still leads the NFC East, the Eagles look far from the Super Bowl champions they were back in February.
"We lost the game," Hurts said, "and I didn’t play well enough to help us to win the game."
